Responsibilities for Remote Customer Service Representatives include but are not limited to:
Respond and resolve customer service inquiries and issues via telephone, live chat, and emailPlace, track and close orders through order fulfillment systemFollow-up with customers regarding outstanding order issuesIdentify and recommend merchandising, site usability and policy improvements, based on customer feedback
