Now Hiring: Customer Service and Task Manager
I’ve just started a new lead generation company and am looking to hire someone to help us with customer service and fielding incoming requests from our customers, assigning them to our team members, updating our team members about updates from the clients and submitting the completed work back to our clients through our customer portal.
A little bit about us:
Our new company is providing our customers with lead generation tasks for a flat monthly fee.
We won’t be helping them with the strategy of running their campaigns, just executing on the things they know they need to do but don’t have the time to commit to it yet.
Customers will be able to submit requests like:
- Find me an email list of SaaS founders doing over $1M per year
- Warm-up my new cold email domain for me
- Perform research on this list of leads I have so I can better personalize my messages
- Help me send connection requests on LinkedIn to a targeted list of contacts
- Build me a highly researched list of people and/or companies on LinkedIn
Personally, my background is in lead generation, and I also own a bespoke lead generation agency providing all these things plus the strategy creation – but this new company is focused on a different subset of customers.
About the position:
You’ll be responsible for managing our customer request portal. Customers will submit task requests that we need to get back to them in 24 hours – you won’t be responsible for fulfilling these requests directly.
You will help to organize the documents for our team, assign the tasks to team members, and update them if our clients have feedback that needs to be implemented.
You’ll also send the completed work or ongoing updates to the clients.
While your work generally won’t involve doing actual lead generation-style work, it would be good if you have some familiarity with tasks like finding emails, finding target prospects and doing company research, as it will help you better understand what our clients are asking for:
