Piper Companies is currently looking for a Java Developer – Remote in Raleigh, North Carolina (NC) to join a team dedicated to minimizing the burdens that come with cloud migration and connectivity.

Responsibilities for the Java Developer – Remote include:

·      Collaborate with the development team through the complete life cycle of product development

·      Guide and train junior developers when it comes to software development best practices and procedures

·      Enhance and maintain existing software system applications as its needed

·      Create software modules and mechanisms that can be reused and make improvements to existing modules

Qualifications for the Java Developer – Remote include:

·      4+ years’ experience with Full Stack development

·      Strong knowledge of Spring frameworks such as Spring MVC/Spring Boot

·      Experience with back end API development

·      Experience with Cloud technologies (i.e. Docker, AWS) is preferred

·      Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Compensation for the Java Developer – Remote include:

·      Salary Range: $80,000- $120,000 based on skill level
