Job Description:
One of our Top Global Partners is looking for a Procurement Specialist/Buyer to join their team! This person will be supporting incoming procurement requests, setting up new/existing contacts, and more. This position is 100% remote!
Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience supporting procurement requests/environment

o Including external/internal contracts, placing purchase orders (PO’s), routing action items, following intake process, etc.

  • Knowledge/experience in Indirect Procurement processes within mid to large sized companies
  • Extensive organizational skills and strong writing skills, attention to detail
  • Great communication, go-getter personality with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities:
This person will be focusing more on the tactical day to day work items. For example, placing new purchase orders, routing requests & action items to the appropriate people/places, assisting various contract set-ups, and overall supporting the intake process for the company’s indirect procurement team.
