What We’re Looking For
You should have…
- Strong portfolio with 4+ years of experience
- Prior experience with and a strong portfolio of motion graphics video work
- Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Suite and common motion graphics design software
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or later (Specifically, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and proficient in PowerPoint
- Ability to successfully work on multiple projects and work independently as well as part of a team
- Undergraduate degree in Graphic/Web Design or related field or equivalent visual design experience required; agency experience preferred

About the Job
The Graphic Designer role requires someone who has strong organizational and artistic design skills.
Primary responsibilities will include tasks such as building and maintaining production-ready files for all print collateral, direct mail pieces, and tradeshow graphics as well as working with the sales and account management teams on developing and designing slide decks.
What You’ll Do
You will provide creative services, support and strategy to ensure consistent messaging across the organization. Promote and strengthen brand identity through all marketing materials and monitor Listrak’s materials for compliance with brand identity.
Additionally, you will design, develop and produce communication and marketing materials including, whitepapers, case studies, sales sheets, direct mail, advertising, signage, invitations, presentation templates, apparel, tradeshow booths and email campaigns. In doing this you will ensure jobs are delivered on time and on budget while meeting the expectation of the requestor.
Also, you will be asked to collaborate with internal marketing team to develop creative solutions and then translate those solutions through a variety of channels. Make formal and informal presentations to senior leadership about marketing-related materials and help manage repository of brand assets (logos, photos, templates, etc.) Manage design requests from other internal departments using our Wrike process, tracking progress, responding to requests and appropriate contact persons. Solicit bids/estimates and negotiate pricing from/with outside vendors. And, work with marketing team and outside vendors to make sure end product is produced to the highest quality.
